Terms & Conditions
Booking Your Holiday
To book your holiday please either e-mail me at davidpperry@aol.com
or ring me on 01509 215445 or 07951 349777 to ensure your required
date is available. I will hold your provisional booking for up to
a week so that you can send me your booking form and deposit,
please print out the booking form on our website. Once payment has
been received by cheque, postal order or bank transfer, I will
send you your receipt of the money and confirmation of the dates.
Arrival Time
Keys will be available from 2pm on the date of arrival unless
prior arrangements have been made with myself.
Departure Time
You will need to vacate the caravan by 10.30 unless prior
arrangements have been made with myself.
Party Leader
Must be over 21 years of age and is responsible for all members of
their group's behaviour and to ensure no damage is caused to the
caravan.
If any damage is incurred an invoice will be
sent to the party leader.
NO STAG OR HEN PARTIES
NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE CARAVAN - If any
pets have been reported your deposit of £100.00 will be lost due
to the extra cleaning required.
NO SMOKING IN THE CARAVAN - If any
smoking has been reported or smelt in the caravan your deposit of
£100.00 will be lost due to the extra cleaning required.
Cancelling Your Holiday
If you need to cancel your booking the hirer will be liable
for the following costs.
56 Days or more - deposit of £100.00
55 - 43 Days - 30% of total holiday cost
42 - 29 Days - 50% of total holiday cost
28 - 8 Days - 90% of total holiday cost
Less than 7 days - 100% of total holiday cost
Refund of £100.00 deposit - this will be repaid
to yourself up to 14 days from your last day of hire of caravan.
The accommodation must be left in good order and condition.
Any damage must be reported to myself or the
cleaners before leaving the caravan. Our caravan is checked prior
to reletting to ensure no smoking, pets, damage or theft has
incurred which will waive your deposit.
Paying your balance of your holiday - this must
be received by myself no later than 8 weeks before the start of
your holiday. Your key release form will be sent to yourself.
On receipt of full payment, this needs to be
kept safe, as must be presented on arrival at Littlesea Holiday
Park. If your balance is not received by this time your dates
could be re-let.
Unreasonable Behaviour
If unreasonable behaviour occurs by anyone listed in the
holiday makers party details or their behaviour impairs the
enjoyment, comfort or health of others.
Guests, we and Haven personnel reserve the right
to terminate your holiday immediately without any compensation.
Shortening your holiday - if you decide to
shorten your holiday, we cannot give you any refund.
